Claims procedure

We are happy to re-supply any journal issue up to 3 months after publication provided you have a current subscription. Claims made after this date will not normally be fulfilled although we are happy to supply prices for back issue sales upon request.

Please check the dispatch schedule below BEFORE contacting us in the event that an issue has been delayed. If you still need to claim for non-receipt of a printed issue, please email subscriptions@maney.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)113 386 8178 quoting your customer reference number and the volume and issue for which you are claiming.
