Payment is accepted in pounds sterling or US dollars only.
Sterling cheques are only accepted if drawn on a UK bank; dollar cheques only if drawn on a US bank.
All prices include packing and postage (air-speeded outside the UK unless otherwise noted).
Subscriptions are entered on a calendar year (January to December) basis.
Where free access to the full-text on-line version for paid-up subscribers is available, this is indicated against the titles concerned.
All orders must be accompanied by payment. Orders without payment or at the wrong rate may be returned unprocessed.
The rate of discount to agents is as follows. We regret that we cannot offer discounts on some titles where the journal's parent body sets terms of business. Please check our price list to confirm. Discount is applicable to institutional orders only. Individual subscriptions are already supplied at a discounted rate.
0% for orders placed via an agent's office or consolidation address where no final recipient details are forwarded to Maney at the time of placing the order.
3% for orders where the final recipient's details are forwarded to Maney at the time of placing the order.
5% for agents who supply both the final recipient's details at the time of placing the order and who forward renewal orders via electronic files (following the ICEDIS (www.icedis.org) standards).
All subscriptions run January to December, except the Annual Bibliography of English Language & Literature (ABE) and Portuguese Studies (PST) which run October - September.
Maney Publishing is the trading name of W.S. Maney & Son Ltd and all orders, payments etc, must now be addressed to 'Maney Publishing.'

For non-delivery of journal issues, please allow two months from date of publication before claiming. Claims submitted more than three months after date of publication will not be fulfilled.
